Excluded from Price:

• All tolls and taxes
• Charges for the use of recreational facilities (if separately charged by the resort)
• Meals other than those mentioned above
• Any other costs not mentioned above

Terms and Conditions:

• The prices mentioned are per day rates with a minimum of 6 persons travelling.
• The maximum capacity of the caravan is 8 individuals
• A 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) will be levied on the quoted prices.
• Check-in/Check-out timings:
  • Day Trip – 6 am to 12 am (18 hours)
  • Overnight Trip – 2 pm to 11 am (21 hours).
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out can be arranged based on availability.
• Charges for Early Check-in / Late Check-out: ₹750 per hour (up to 6 hours), full-day charge beyond 6 hours of extra usage.
• The price includes fuel for up to 250 km.
• A refundable deposit of ₹10,000 is required, to be paid at least 2 days before the date of travel. The refund will be processed within 5 working days after the completion of the trip.
• Payment Schedule: 30% at the time of booking, balance payment to be made within 7 days of booking.
• Cancellation Charges:
  • More than 30 days – No charge
  • 20-30 days – 50% of the booking amount
  • 10-20 days – 75% of the booking amount
  • Up to 10 days – 100% of the booking amount.
• The customer is responsible for refueling the tank of the generator (if used while the van is stationary) upon completion of the journey.
